Rooted in Memory, Baked with a Twist.

My love for baking didn’t start in a culinary school; it started in a small white house in the country town of Sylvania, Georgia. As a child, I spent my summers there, sitting at my grandmother's kitchen table for endless hours, mesmerized as she transformed simple ingredients into magic.
In that house, dessert wasn’t a special occasion—it was a way of life. After every meal, there was a layered cake, a bubbling cobbler, or a fresh pie waiting to be shared. Those summers taught me that baking is about more than just sugar and flour; it is about hospitality and love.
That small white house was surrounded by vibrant azalea bushes, standing guard over the memories made inside. That is why we are Sweet Azaleas.
Today, I honor those Sylvania summers by taking my grandmother’s heirloom recipes and giving them a modern update. We keep the soul of the Southern kitchen but add a contemporary twist to create something entirely new. At Sweet Azaleas, you aren’t just buying a treat; you are tasting a memory.
